Dear wonderful clients,
After ten incredible years at La Villa, I have some bittersweet news to share with you all.
Hairdressing and being part of the La Villa family has truly been such a huge part of my life. I feel so grateful for the relationships I’ve built over the years — not only with my amazing team, but with each and every one of you who has trusted me with your hair and shared so many conversations, laughs and life moments with me along the way.
Many of you know that I have been managing issues with my hand for some time. Unfortunately, it has now reached a point where I need to listen to my body and step away from full-time hairdressing. This has not been an easy decision, but it is the right one for my health and my family.
Over the coming months I will be focusing on further study and gradually moving toward a new chapter outside of the hair industry. I may still be helping out for a few small hours each week for a friend due to maternity leave and you may see me still helping out at La Villa while I transition and study, but my full-time role at La Villa and in the industry will be coming to an end in early April.
I want to sincerely thank you for the loyalty, trust and support you have given me over the years. It has meant more to me than I can express.
Kristal and the La Villa team will continue to take wonderful care of you. Kristal will personally be taking over many of my clients, and I will also be thoughtfully passing some of you on to other talented members of our team who I know will look after you beautifully. The team at La Villa have all your updated colour notes and descriptions of exactly how you like things done, and colour recipes so the transition will be seamless for both you and your new stylist.

Thank you again for being such an important part of my journey over the past decade. I will truly miss seeing you all so regularly, and I am incredibly grateful for the memories we’ve shared.
