As a client of La Villa Hairdressing & Extensions, it is important to us that you to get the premium times and dates you request. This is why we reserve your future appointments especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments and cancellations are necessary, but we ask you to appreciate that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment without sufficient notice, the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services and we miss the opportunity to fill that time.
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan therefore, we kindly ask that you give us no less than 24 hours notice (48 hours during December) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount, this will be added to your next service.
If you are a ‘no show’ meaning you do not show up for your appointment and do not tell us, you will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service you were booked in for and his will be charged to your next appointment. If you do not wish to pay the cancellation fee, you will not be rebooked.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may be required to book a new appointment day and time as it can interfere with the following clients appointment. We thank you for your understanding.
At least one day before your appointment, you will receive a reminder of the time and date you have booked in with La Villa Hairdressing & Extensions. You have various options to choose from as to how you would like your reminders: text message, email, or a phone call. We can send them to you anytime, from one month, to one day before your appointment. When you book your appointments, please advise which option you would like to use, and how far in advance you would like the reminders to be sent. When you receive your reminder if via text, please respond ‘YES’ to this so we know that we will definitely see you for your shedualed appointment.
