HEY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! TO KEEP UP TO DATE PLEASE REVISIT THIS PAGE WHENEVER THERE IS A COVID UPDATE FROM THE GOVERNMENT.

We at La Villa again would like to thank all of our amazing clients for your loyalty, trust and support over this time. Thank you for supporting us ‘appreciative’ is an understatement - you lot are truly amazing.

We are working in level 2 and  It’s business as usual here at LV, with the exception of a few health & safety adjustments. We are still happy and buzzing around making beautiful hair!  (YAY!). Please see below for what to expect for our new ‘normal’ at LV, just for a while (we hope!) and also little things you can do to make things run smoothly for all of us:

▪️ we are doing the up most to protect you and our team from the Covid-19 virus. We are sticklers for a clean salon and will be continuing to carry on as we always have with our cleanliness, as well as taking extra measures to ensure we keep the salon a clean and safe environment

▪️ At this time, we ask that if you are sick and suffering a cold or respiratory illness OR you have recently travelled, that you give us a call or email to reschedule your appointment

▪️ please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointments as they will politely be asked to leave 

▪️ We know rescheduling your hair appointments may be frustrating but due to the nature of the virus we can not risk our families, salon teams, and clients health

▪️Please consider how you can minimise the spread of this virus and try to keep a positive mindset, we hope this will all be over soon!

As you know we have to comply with social distancing and now have a plan in place for how we are going to safely accomodate your visits, so please be patient with us in the salon we may just need some flexibility around certain things such as seating and using basins safely.

Our safety plan at La Villa

— medical grade hand sanitiser is situated at every styling station and at reception

— disinfectant wipes to use on client surfaces, eftpos machine and tools

— disinfectant spray to be used on all styling capes in-between client visits

— extra sterilising jars for combs and tools

— we are not permitted to offer drinks or magazines but we are looking in to take away cups

— we will not be using 2 of our styling bays to ensure there is sufficient space in-between clients (1 meter)

— we have restricted the number of stylists on each day and also opened extra days and time slots to accomodate everybody safely and efficiently.

We will be checking our phone and emails throughout each day regularly so please contact us this way instead of by social media. Please also join our mailing list below for updates at La Villa, this will make things a lot easier for us to be able to communicate effectively, thank you in advance!
